Welcome to the Eastern Soiree Terms and Conditions page. This site is owned and operated by Eastern Soiree Ltd.  Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Eastern Soiree.com.  The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The terms and conditions stated below apply to all visitors and users of EasternSoiree.com. As long as you are on www.easternsoiree.com you are bound by these terms and conditions. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

Intellectual Property

All the content published and made available on our site is the property of Eastern Soiree and the Sites creators. This includes but is not limited to text, data, graphics, links or computer code published on, contained or available on this website (the “Material”). Unauthorised use of the Material including the production, storage, modification, distribution or republication without the prior written consent of Eastern Soiree is prohibited. The names and logos of Eastern Soiree and all related products and service names, slogans and design marks are the trade names, service marks or trademarks of Eastern Soiree and may not be used without the prior consent of Eastern Soiree.

 

Making a purchase and contract formation

By placing an order on our website you declare that you are at least eighteen years old and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email from us advising you that we have received your order request. Please note this acknowledgement email does not mean that your order has been accepted. When your order is ready to ship we will then send you a dispatch confirmation email. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the dispatch confirmation email. Please note, we reserve the right to cancel an order should there be an issue with payment details stock levels, or in the unlikely event of identification of a pricing or product description error.

 

Delivery of goods

Eastern Soiree will deliver the goods ordered to the delivery address provided by the customer when submitting an order. Availability permitting, orders will be dispatched for delivery within the stated time frame. The dispatch of goods constitutes fulfilment of the contract.

We do advise you to check goods upon arrival and in the unlikely event if you receive a damaged item or have missing items, please email us at info@easternsoiree.com within 48 hours of taking your delivery. We will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries, or for any other reason.

Returns and refunds:

Eastern soiree want you to be delighted with the products you purchase from us. If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have purchased then please email us at info@easternsoiree.com  immediately and return them to us within 14 days for a full refund. Please note that personalised items can only be returned if the goods are faulty.

You must take care of our goods whilst they are in your possession and any item for return must be received back in its original shipped condition and original packing with all components intact. The item must be without damage or use and in a suitable condition for resale. If the product or packaging is in any way missing or damaged, we cannot offer a refund.

Ensure that you include full order details otherwise your refund may be delayed. Once your return has been processed, we will return any monies owed onto the original payment account. 

 

Disclaimer of warranties; Limitation of Liability

In no case shall  Eastern Soiree, our directors, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers be liable for any  injury, loss, claim or any direct ,indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages whatsoever even if Eastern Soiree has been advised of the possibility of damages including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of this website, interruptions or delays to this website, the provision of or failing to provide services, or for any information, material, goods, products and services obtained through this website or otherwise arising out of the use of this website, whether based on contract, tort or otherwise to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Health & Safety

CHOKING HAZARD

Fully inflated balloons do not present a hazard to young children, however, burst balloons can be exceedingly dangerous.

Once a balloon has burst, immediately throw away the pieces. Children can be tempted to chew pieces of latex or even stretch them over their mouths to blow bubbles. There is a danger of the latex being drawn into the mouth and subsequently blocking airways.

Children under 8 years can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once. Adults should inflate balloons and supervise their use with children under 8 years. 

Latex Allergy

Like other natural things people are allergic to such as bee stings and peanuts, latex can also cause allergic reactions ranging from minor skin irritation to anaphylaxis in a very small percentage of the population.

String

Many Products contain string components, these need to be kept away from children as it can cause them to choke or suffocate.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
